Return and refund policy
We of course hope you are happy with your NAYARITH item. If you would still like to return something, we offer a return period of 30 days after receiving your order.
During the first 14 days, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. In addition, NAYARITH voluntarily offers an extended return period of up to 30 days after receipt, subject to the conditions described below.
Statutory right of withdrawal – first 14 days
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
During this period, you may inspect and try on the item as you would in a physical store. The item must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit.
If an item has been used beyond what is necessary for this purpose and has decreased in value as a result, we may deduct this reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a maximum of 14 additional days to return the item.
Extended return period – days 15 to 30
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, NAYARITH offers an additional return option up to 30 days after receiving your order.
For returns registered after the first 14 days, the item must:
- be unworn and unused;
- be in its original condition;
- have the original labels attached;
- where reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging.
We may ask for your order number or other proof that allows us to identify your purchase.

For returns made under our voluntary extended return period from day 15 to day 30, we ask that you register the return with us in advance.
For the statutory right of withdrawal during the first 14 days, you may also inform us in another clear way that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Return costs
The cost of returning a standard return is the responsibility of the customer.
NAYARITH does not currently provide return labels. You are therefore responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to the return address stated above.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item from us, the necessary return costs will be covered by NAYARITH.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order upon receipt.
Have you received a damaged or defective item, or did we send you the wrong product? Please contact us at hello@nayarithcollective.com.
Please include your order number where possible and, if available, attach photos clearly showing the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
In these cases, the necessary return costs will not be charged to you.
Exceptions
Some products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, for example items that have been made specifically to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.
If an exception applies, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
Sale items may also be returned in accordance with the conditions of this return policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise before purchase with regard to our voluntary extended return period. Your statutory right of withdrawal will always continue to apply where required by law.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size or a different item?
The fastest option is to return the original item and then place a new order yourself for the item you would like.
We cannot guarantee that a particular size, colour or version will remain available while your return is in transit.
Refunds
When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount due no later than 14 days after you inform us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we have received the returned item; or
- you can provide proof that you have sent the item back,
whichever occurs first.
If you return your entire order, we will refund the purchase price as well as the original cost of our standard shipping method. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method when placing your order will not be refunded.
If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
For returns made under our voluntary extended return period from day 15 to day 30, we will process the refund after we have received and inspected the item.
Please note that after we process the refund, it may take several business days before your bank or payment provider makes the funds visible in your account.
Online withdrawal
During the statutory cooling-off period, you may also use the online withdrawal option available on our website.
After submitting your withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation.
